Wil-do-Moore is an elite event planning company that will provide a unique and one-of-a-kind experience for you and your loved ones. We offer a variety of party packages customizable to your choice.

We work with various vendors to meet a variety of needs, such as caterers, floral designers, cake decorators, and more. Allow us to make your vision come to life.

1. Will you provide a consultation? Yes, we provide a free consultation

2. How far in advance should I book? We require a minimum notification for the following packages: 

• 30-day notice for the Wilson package
• 45-day for the Moore package 
• Up to 75 days for the Wil-do-Moore package

3. How many customizations are included? A minimum of 3 customizations in the Wil-do-Moore package (i.e. signage, lettering, etc.)

4.  What is the cancellation policy? We request that all reservations are canceled within 1 week of the effective date of the contract without a cancellation fee. All reservations canceled after this time is subject to a cancellation fee based on the date of the cancellation.  

5. Do I need to pay an initial deposit? Yes, all bookings require a refundable 25% deposit, if canceled prior to the cancellation date. 

6. Are the packages customizable? Yes, all packages can be customized to fit your party's needs. We offer add-ons and additional services.
